Support patient programs by donating to our Fall Festival & 5K. This is for donations only -- 5K registrations are separate (see below).
All are invited! (5k participation is NOT required; donations are suggested.)
The Fall Festival & 5K will take place on Saturday, September 25, 2021, 9am - 12pm (5K check-in opens at 8am) in the picnic area adjacent to Lemuel Shattuck Hospital.
We'll have food, fun, and family activities so bring your whole crew! Special remarks will be made in memory of long-time employee, patient and friend of the Shattuck, Viola Thacker.

This is a rain or shine event. In the unlikely case of cancellation, your donation will still be used for much needed arts, vocational, recreation and therapeutic support programs and services for patients of the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital.
